New data from the Labor Department shows the US added another 311,000 jobs in February, once again far exceeding economists' expectations. The unemployment rate ticked higher (3.6% from 3.4%) and average hourly wages rose 0.2%. Nela Richardson, chief economist and co-head of the ADP Research Institute joins the show to discuss.
