A desperate leap of faith. We are designed only to see the best and forget all the other signs that others may see. Getting to know someone who may be your partner is so exciting and new. We are reminded how lonely we truly are as we dump countless energy into this new venture. Infatuation is as if the Great Depression has lifted and we are finally feeling alive! This stage is needed so people will procreate our species.
