OPENING SONGS: “Thy Word” and “Alleluia”
WELCOME & ANNOUNCEMENTS
OPENING PRAYER:
God, we’re here today because we love you. We want our songs, our words, and even our quiet moments to show how much you mean to us. Help us focus on you, not ourselves. Guide us so that everything we do in this time—what we sing, say, and pray—gives honor to your name. You are the one who deserves all the praise. Amen.

*HYMN: “Great is Thy Faithfulness ” - #140
CALL TO WORSHIP:
Leader: Happy are those whose way is blameless, who walk in the law of the Lord.
People: Happy are those who keep God’s decrees, who seek God with their whole heart.
Leader: Make us understand the way of your precepts, O God, and we will meditate on your wondrous works.
People: Put false ways far from us, O God, and graciously teach us your law.
PRAYER OF CONFESSION:
Holy God, we confess we have failed to live as your holy people. We have cared for ourselves at others’ expense. We have not answered your calls for justice and peace. We have harmed the creation you entrusted to our care, and have ignored your image in our neighbors. In your mercy, forgive us. By your Holy Spirit, empower us to live as loyal subjects of your realm, and as more faithful followers of your Son, our Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen.
