Ep 63: Jumping into Flipping full time with Chris Herlin

Chris Herlin is a mechanical engineer by trade; a real estate investor by passion; and a Brazilian by birth. In 2015, he decided to venture into real estate investing in Canada along with his full-time job. When the pandemic hit in 2020, Chris jumped into real estate full time. From May 2020 onwards, he has purchased and sold sixteen properties. In addition, he is currently developing and releasing an App named DOMALLY which is an innovative platform for real estate investors to source and market off market deals! This app will be in the android and apple app stores come mid January so stay tuned!
