Collapse of Trust in American Institutions

Trust has collapsed between the American people and various institutions, including academic institutions. The most prestigious universities in the country, which were once considered centers of learning, have been hijacked over the last generation. An ideological hijacking has led to a dogmatic and intolerant atmosphere. The universities have stopped challenging students and instead made them into brittle citizens who require trigger warnings.
