Rachel Drake is a professional runner for Nike based in Portland, Oregon. She just finished her season with a win and course record at the 2024 JFK 50 Miler. We did this episode with Rachel last year after her 2023 season.
Rachel is a mom, medical student (now doctor) and one of the best trail runners in the US. Rachel spent this year coming back from the recent birth of her son, Lewis.
