In E011 Mike Rosehart lays out his strategy for retiring early. Very early!! Mike tells the story of how he bought his first property at 19 years old and had 17 properties by the time he reached the ripe young age of 23. He then preceded to 'retire' at 24 by 'cashing out' on those properties and investing his principal into commercial paper (stocks etc).



A key to Mike's success has been his extreme frugality and while that approach certainly seems less common, you definitely can't argue with the results.
