Here we look at a lecture of Manly Hall that delves into the Mysteries further, looking at their priesthood, their philosophy, and the role that initiation played in their worldview. We also consider how philosophy first emerged out of the Mystery School traditions and how Alexandria became the birth place of several highly influential systems of philosophy during a critical period in human history.
