One area seeing tremendous change is teachers pivoting away from academia and moving toward corporate learning and development positions. Cyndi was a 4th-grade teacher who after 7 years, pivoted into the corporate L&D space. She has since built a successful L&D department from the ground up and hired two teachers turned L&D contractors.
