For all the listeners struggling with their focus on breathing, the goal will typically be the same; to devalue the importance of their breathing and re-value their tolerance of the incomplete feeling and their engagement with the rest of their life. I offer these three listeners some tips, tricks, and ideas on how to accept their breathing as natural, normal, and part of their life that won’t destroy the other part.
