Trump delays tariffs on Mexico, Lutnick says Canada may also get a delay

Frank McKenna, Former Canadian Ambassador to the United States, former premier of New Brunswick joins host Vassy Kapelos to discuss if U.S President Donald Trump will likely announce later in the day a one-month delay on all Canadian tariffs.
