In this episode, we had the pleasure of speaking with two Texas McCombs leaders in Rodrigo Malta (Managing Director, Marketing, Recruiting and Admissions)) and Tina Mabley (Assistant Dean, Full-Time MBA Program Director) 

In addition to their roles in the Texas McCombs MBA program, both are proud McCombs MBA graduates and have a strong passion for all things McCombs and Austin.

During our conversation, Rodrigo spoke about updates and changes to the MBA application to McCombs, including their test policy, video interview, and opportunities to speak with current MBA students. Rodrigo also shared his perspective on what makes Austin a great place to get an MBA, and why he believes prospective MBA applicants should consider McCombs. 

Tina shared with us some of the new opportunities and changes that have come about with the MBA program experience at McCombs as a result of the past few years, and she provided her perspective about what makes the student experience at McCombs unique. She also spoke about the opportunities that McCombs students have inside and outside of the classroom at McCombs, and their approach to providing new and relevant courses to ensure students build the skills needed to thrive in their careers and the future of work.
