The Circumstance, Thought, Feeling, Action, Result (CTFAR) model is a personal development tool that can be used to understand and change your thoughts, feelings, and behavior.You will be able to use this to identify negative thought patterns and behaviors, and replace them with positive, productive ones.
Here's how it works:

Circumstance: Identify a specific situation or event that triggers a negative thought or feeling.

Thought: Recognize the thoughts and beliefs that are associated with the situation.

Feeling: Identify the emotions that arise from the thoughts and beliefs.

Action: Determine the actions or behaviors that result from the thoughts and feelings.

Result: Reflect on the outcome or result of the actions and behavior.
By using the CTFAR model, you gain a relationship between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and develop strategies for changing negative patterns into positive ones.
