What people call modern-day investing is really speculation, and it's dangerous. Not only that, but the market is now being fueled by the social media posts of influencers who are using crypto to take money from people who may not have any knowledge of investing.

We need to get past the idea that earning 600% per year is "real," and get back to a world where earning 8 to 12% a year is normal and awesome.
