I came across Farah on Instagram a while ago, and since then have been inspired by her energy and content. Recently, after a particular post of hers about her experience in a sweat lodge, I asked Farah if she wanted to come onto the podcast with me to discuss the ‘good girl’ conditioning we all carry within us. I am so happy and honoured to share this episode with you today. 

 We discuss Farah’s spiritual path and awakening, how she is reclaiming her body through dance (and posting about it online!), her experience in a sweat lodge and the sweet goddess & good girl conditioning. We talk about how she is currently moving through life and how those shifts have changed the way she shows up online. We also chat about her current work of helping women find their inner medicine.
