Meet YC’s First AI Founder... It’s Already Making Money

The first AI founder in YC history doesn't sell software. He converts tokens directly into capital at a 3x return.

Most founders sell tools. Thomas built an autonomous entity that hires itself out for digital labor, collects payments, and reinvests the profit into compute.

We break down the unit economics of token arbitrage, why selling AI software is a strategic error, and how OpenAI and Anthropic are bankrolling YC batch startups with millions in free compute.

What you will learn:

- What token arbitrage looks like when converting compute into a 3x cash return

- Why selling autonomous profits as a SaaS product destroys enterprise value

- How the OpenAI $2M uncapped SAFE token deal impacts YC startup dilution

- Why domain data moats protect agentic companies from frontier lab cannibalization

- The precise balance between RL exploration and exploitation in revenue models

- How human founders scale engineering loops while an AI manages ops
