He also provides group coaching to the community in the Healthy AF Club. Zane’s focus is to empower people to take charge of their health through the lifestyle decisions they make every day.

He emphasizes that these diseases were rare before processed foods, which now constitute 60-70% of the average American diet, became prevalent. Processed foods, which include refined oils, sugars, and grains, are nutritionally deficient and highly palatable, leading to overconsumption and metabolic dysfunction. He suggests eliminating processed foods should be the first step toward improving health.
