Thomas's career began with Arsenal in his early teens, and has most recently seen him spend 5 years with West Brom. Alongside this, Thomas was an integral component of Wales' run to the semi-finals of EURO 2016.

After suffering through two serious injuries, Thomas was driven to explore natural solutions for his recovery, and discovered the power of turmeric for its anti-inflammatory properties. This led to the creation of The Turmeric Co in 2018, which has since grown from strength to strength, with no sign of slowing down.

We discuss Thomas's understanding of epigenetics, his professional mindset, the story behind his business, and the sheer power of being present.
