I’ve realized that I’ve been focusing on the wrong target for the past year. I’ve been focusing on a target within my comfort zone while ignoring the primary problem. And I’ve been ignoring the primary problem because I thought I couldn’t solve it.
But that’s not true. It’s just a belief my mind generated due to fear and resistance.
I’ve since faced this fear and resistance and noticed what my actual target is.
