Jean-Charles Boisset, The Boisset Collection, oversees his family wineries in France (Burgundy, Rhone and Languedoc) and in California (Buena Vista Winery, Raymond Vineyards and De Loach Vineyards). He’s authored a book and created the lifestyle brand, JCB by Jean-Charles Boisset. Since 2009 Dominique Demarville has served as Cellarmaster at Veuve Clicquot, which celebrates the 200th anniversary of the release of its blended rosé Champagne. He discusses the legacy of Madame Clicquot.
