Collaboration Mentality: The Secret To Every Business's Success

For this week's Rocky Mountain Marketing Quickcast episode, all the way from Cleveland, Ohio, in the Creator Economy Expo or CEX, Katie discusses the collaboration mentality she's currently experiencing in this summit. She was amazed as how business owners come together for the purpose of connecting and lifting each other up. As business owners, there are struggles and challenges that only us will understand, and coming to this kind of event gives us just the community-love that we need.

Her biggest takeaway was from Jesse Cole, owner of Savannah Bananas Baseball Team. Savannah Bananas is a baseball team who does things differently. Instead of cheerleaders, they have dancing Nanas. Everyone loved it. This is what makes them stand out. This is why people follow them and identify themselves as fans. As business owners, we have to create something memorable. How can we stand out? How will you show up to your community so that they will support you as your true fans?
