In today’s episode, we discuss and meditate on how to sit with desire, and why we would even want to bring mindfulness into moments of craving. Desire couldn’t be any more natural, we all seek pleasure, and we all want to satisfy our cravings. And while there’s nothing wrong with that, observing, understanding, and working with our desires can be so important to living a happy, healthy life.
