Motivation plays a huge part in our productivity and if you feel unmotivated it can become a huge struggle to just get the basics done each day.

This week I'm talking to Wesley Jackson, host of the Surviving Humanity Podcast that tries to shift people’s perspectives on how they can overcome obstacles in their lives so that they move forward and prosper.

Wesley speaks from experience when he describes what being unmotivated feels like and also lets us know what it should feel like to be motivated.

We also talk about how crap jobs can be us feel demotivated, how surrounding yourself with positive people is really important and I love Wesley's tip about listing our accomplishments, and reading them!
