Wife/baby killer Scott Peterson to face new jury?

The California Supreme Court has overturned Scott Peterson's death sentence. Prosecutors say they will ask for the death penalty when the sentencing phase is tried again. The court says significant errors were made in jury selection that undermined Peterson's right to an impartial jury.
