Today we sit down and chat with two powerhouse ladies from Chicago – Mary Derman and Brynn McNicholas. These ladies are realtors and investors and are making huge things happen in the Chicago area. Both Mary and Brynn were teachers prior to joining forces and both decided to take the plunge and transition into the real estate world. Although they teamed up only last year, they are growing exponentially both on the investor side and brokerage side.
