I am joined for the first time by two guests simultaneously and what a fabulous conversation it was.

Sehaam spent several years leading product teams before moving into a variety of leadership and coaching roles. Sehaam foundered "Better Conversations" a little under 5 years ago where she and her team deliver training, workshops, live events and content which serve to transform the confidence and capability of leaders in having better more connected conversations.

 Mag is a former web developer turned coach who delivers personal, leadership, and executive coaching independently as well as being Head of Delivery and Tutor at Better Conversations.

 I was blessed enough to go through the 12 week Leaders Who Coach programme and was blown away by the transformative effect it had on my ability to connect with myself and others, which has really opened the door to richer conversations and relationships in all aspects of my life.

I knew straight away that I wanted to have a deeper conversation with both Mag and Sehaam to understand what led them to coaching and what is driving their shared mission to improve the quality of conversations that leaders are able to hold, and build a coaching culture which ultimately facilitates growth in others.

Mag Leahy

Mag Leahy ACC is a Personal, Leadership & Executive Coach and Head Of Delivery at Better Conversations partnering with wonderful leaders to create a leadership revolution.
