The holidays are upon us and with them we have so many stressors, like...holidays parties, decorating, visiting family, festivities, gifts for your family & friends, cards, baking, gifts for teachers, the list can go on forever!

But many of us are adding another stressor to ourselves as well:

Making and MAINTAINING gift lists for our kids and partners!

Before you dismiss us because you don’t think it’s an issue for you, answer us these questions...

1. Do you get stressed out when you think of all the gift lists you’ll be responsible for this holiday season?

2. Do you make or provide a list of gift ideas or requests for your kids to others?

3. Do you tell different people what gifts they can get for your kids or partner?

4. Do you go shopping to buy gifts for your kids from other people? I’m looking at you dad! Or brother/sister!
