Episode 28 - Interim Updates

In this episode, it's just me passing through.

Life is hectic and busy as I uproot myself and transition into that vanlife. I'm in the liminal space between old and new and I have precious little time.

There's a sort of escape velocity I need to reach in order to break free from the gravity of the world I've known. I can feel it clutching at my heels, refusing to release its grasp.

In this episode I offer a few words on securing the van, moving house, and therapeutic practices such as IFS and community building.
