Blaine is an articulate individual with professional football scouting and sports broadcasting experience, and has professional development experience in public relations, public speaking, fundraising and community service.  

Blaine is also a Board Member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Middle Tennessee and a recipient of the Ed Block Courage Award and the Unsung Hero Award.
