Jumping right into today’s episode we are discussing cycle syncing and how we can work with our bodies instead of against them. If you are a person who menstruates or you know someone who does, you will recognize that not everyday is amazing and in fact some days feel absolutely terrible. Over the course of a month you can feel different physically, mentally, and emotionally every single day. My guest Samantha Storozuk has a fascination with this topic and I am super excited to speak with her on how we can “flip the script.” Instead of powering through the month accepting it is what it is- we can take power to understand our cycle and schedule our month to optimize the highs and choose rest on the lows.
