CJ & Steph Ham: NFL Insights and Life Outside The Game

Two of my favorite people join me on today’s podcast - CJ & Steph Ham! CJ is an NFL fullback, two time pro bowler and three-time team captain for the Minnesota Vikings. Steph is a physical therapist and avid runner. They met at Augustana College (my alma mater - Go Vikings!) and they have three beautiful children.  In our conversation, CJ & Steph share their feelings on free agency & NFL trades.
