Neil Durrant is an Adjunct Fellow in the Philosophy Department at Macquarie University, with a research interest in applied ethics, specializing in Nietzsche studies, friendship and practical philosophy. Does Stoicism have a problem? Stoicism has been around for thousands of years, but does it still have a place in modern society? The study of Nietzsche might have some answers to these questions.
