A recent report from the UK Health Services Safety Body has highlighted potential safety concerns about the use of Digital Consultation Tools in General Practice. We explore their concerns and suggestions for improvements and further research in this. Potential benefits for patients and the workforce are also mentioned, but they acknowledges these are outside of the main scope of the report.
