Beatrice Chestnut and Urania Paes have a conversation with Jenner K, the author of The Enneagram for Recovery. They discuss how personality is an addiction to the ego or to a way of thinking that does not serve us. It’s only through humility that we can see our shadows and have the ability to move beyond our addictions. 

Jenner is a certified Enneagram coach with over 25 years of experience as a student and practitioner of the Enneagram and active member in the recovery community. She is certified by the Chestnut Paes Enneagram Academy and participates with the International Enneagram Association and International Coaching Federation.
