Ben Starosta is a friend of the show and a former professional footballer, having played of a number of clubs including Sheffield Utd, Brentford, Bradford City, Aldershot Town, Lechia Gdansk (Poland), Darlington, Dandenong Thunder (Australia), Miedz Legnica (Poland), Global FC (Philippines) and Nuneaton Town. He is also a former Poland U21 international.
We have a light hearted chat with Ben looking back on the role of 'self belief' throughout his turbulent career from breaking through in England to playing football abroad and the unpredictable world of football transfers!
