The U.S. Congress just banned the use of Red Dye No. 3. This is a great step forward, but it’s about 35 years later than it should have been. The panel then shifts to Pam Bondi’s confirmation hearing, during which she expertly destroyed Democratic arguments against her. Donald Trump announced a new government agency called the External Revenue Service that would collect tariffs from other countries.
