Colin Murphy has been investing in the US since 2008 and has bought and sold over $120 Million worth of real estate during that time, including over 350 single family home fix and flips in the Tampa Bay Area between 2015-2021 and over 100 land flips across Florida between 2021-2024.

During a 20+ year career, Colin has experience in a wide range of real estate related activities including buy & hold, fix and flip, land investing, note investing, private lending, foreclosure auctions, wholesaling and marketing to international investors.

Originally from Ireland, Colin has lived in many countries and currently resides in Madrid, Spain with his wife and two children.
