Texas Red Heifers + Third Jewish Temple = Antichrist?

Is the arrival from Texas of five "perfectly red heifers" in Israel a sign of prophecy being fulfilled, a prophecy that foretells the construction of the Third Jewish Temple and the arrival of the antichrist?
