Cognitive dissonance, or disharmony, comes from the mixed messages we receive from our social programming that are inconsistent with who we truly are in spirit. We share examples of the lies we tell ourselves and the lies we are told that cause disharmony with our spirit. We discuss the importance of unconditional love in healing cognitive dissonance.
