Delighted to chat to Sophie! Sophie Power - She.Races founder, spearheading women's equality in trail racing after she had to make the decision to breastfeed her 3 month old at checkpoints on the UTMB 2018 or face losing out on a race that didn't allow deferrals for pregnancy and birth.

Super excited to chat with Sophie as she has long been a hero of mine. How on earth she was fit enough to run 100 miles around the French, Italian and Swiss mountainside 3 months after giving birth to her second child is absolutely beyond me as I could only run for 5-10k 6 months after Finny was born and I'm only now up to half marathons and he's 2 in January! 

How did she find the time and more importantly how was she not just totally knackered? Sophie has 3 kids now so it will be super interesting to find out how she juggles her time between work and play.
