For the past several weeks, we have been working on the best ways to look after ourselves in light of the #covid19 pandemic. In all my conversations with you and others--I have seen evidence that now more than ever HOW we do self care is everything as to what not just what we look like, but how our lives will look on the other side of it.

This week I had the pleasure of talking with an international voice coach--Cynthia Zhai. Cynthia listens to us in Singapore and travels the world helping to share her mission of lending power to using your voice in a BIG way.
