Kelly Hays Hikes is a badass thru hiker who has taken on many of the long distance trails in the country. She hiked the Appalachian Trail in 2021, and the two of us were able to meet on the Pacific Crest Trail in 2022. She also hiked the Florida Trail this past winter, and her videos were so inspiring that it really changed my mind about that seemingly unpopular trail.
