On today’s HEALING 101, I am joined by Dr Fiona Pienaar, the Senior Clinical Advisor for Mental Health Innovations, aka Shout (our podcast partner) and previously worked at Place2Be as the Director of Clinical services. Today’s episode focuses on suicide and suicide de-escalation in particular. It’s a very sensitive topic to navigate but I feel it’s important that we are all aware of what the warning signs are and what we can do to help someone who is suffering with depression and suicidal ideation.
