In this episode, I talk to Clint Murphy, a full-time real estate CFO with a 350,000 follower X account on the side. Clint writes epic threads on psychology, success, and business, and has become one of the most viral accounts on the platform.

A father of two, Clint hosts a podcast called The Growth Guide, where he reads a new book each week, then interviews the author of the book for his YouTube channel. He's also an author himself, and was just accepted into a Ph.D. program around the psychology of creativity and innovation in leadership.
