🛏️我對《為什麼要睡覺?》這本書產生興趣,是來自於比爾·蓋茲的2019冬季書單推薦,他說這是本「重要而且引人入勝的好書」。我自己是長期睡眠時間6小時的人,以前還認為少睡點沒關係。但讀過這本書之後,完全刷新了我對睡眠的認知。


✨這本書可以說是他彙整相關研究的集大成之作,爬梳一萬七千份科學文獻,鉅細靡遺說明睡眠的所有面向,還給出許多實用且破解迷思的睡眠建議。讀完之後令我讚嘆睡眠的奇效,也釐清了自己關於睡眠的11個迷思,著手練習作者推薦的12個健康睡眠守則
