

14- How do you practice gratitude
We had a few false starts recording, but we start this week with Louise talking about her favourite at-home brunch dish, while Renee is making oozy, cheesy, fried risotto balls. Louise also shares her in-depth knowledge of the health benefits of deep fried foods.
Then we get into this week's topic - Gratitude! How do we practice gratitude and why is it important? We talk about cultivating our gratitude practices, and how to practice gratitude when everything seems a bit shit.
This week Renee is letting go of the pain of world tragedies and Louise is releasing the burden of other people's negative opinions about themselves. We end on an awesome note, with Renee sharing her existential experience in a museum in Liverpool and Louise's joy of reviving her long-suffering yucca plant.
