Jackson Women’s Health Organization, effectively overturning long standing precedent set by the landmark Roe v. Wade decision of 1973. This decision is widely viewed as an unprecedented legal victory for the pro-life movement—and one that will have major legal, political, and personal consequences for Americans for years to come.
