Low Income Families Spending One Third Of Weekly Wages To Afford A Healthy Diet

The latest Safefood food basket research has found that low-income families are spending up to 33% of their weekly income to afford a healthy diet.

Costs for a household with a teenager in it are more than 20% higher than those with children of primary school age.
