He’s been a runner all of his life, but only started lifting consistently at the start of this year.

He’s dropped 25 lbs in the last six months, lost 8 inches off his waist, and has got considerably stronger. He’s now plateaued and is wondering where he should go from here. Should he continue cutting? Bulk? How should he change his training program?
