Today's episode is all about counting compulsions and OCD. This is something that impact many different people and in different ways. Often people get so used to counting, that they almost forget that they are doing it. For other counting compulsions might be such a painful experience that it is all they can think about.
Often this type of OCD can get tied up with magical thinking and superstition. I discuss my take on counting OCD and share some ideas of how you might be able to take back control. I hope you enjoy.
